Shipping

Legacy Paper & Packaging does everything they can to make sure your orders are delivered in a timely manner. The majority of our items will ship directly from our Houston, Dallas or Austin warehouse but in some cases we may ship the items directly from one of our vendors. Since we ship most items directly from our warehouses, we are able to make sure our customers get their products quickly!

Next Day Delivery

We offer next business day delivery to the Greater Houston Area, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio as long as orders are submitted and confirmed before 5pm CST M-F. 

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free on eligible orders but otherwise fees will apply. A customer service rep will reach out after the order is placed to discuss this with you.

Delivery Schedule

Houston Delivery

We do weekly delivery to the areas surrounding Houston on the below schedule. If you require a faster delivery to one of these areas, you can let our reps know and we will work to ensure a faster delivery for an additional cost.

Dallas Delivery

Our service delivers daily to the areas in green.

Austin & San Antonio Delivery

We have opened a warehouse in Austin  to provide convenient next day delivery. A map showing our delivery options is currently being worked on and should be available early September. 

If you are outside of these areas, a customer support representative will be in touch to discuss delivery options for your area!

Returns

Legacy Paper & Packaging has two different return policies depending on whether we stock the item or if we special order it (non-stock). We will do our best to take care of our customers in either situation but some cases require us to work with a 3rd party vendor.

Within 30 days:

Customers may return stock items if they are in perfect condition, there are no missing units and can potentially be resold. 

After 30 days:

Customers may return items after 30 days if they meet the previous requirements but will also be subject to a 25% Legacy restocking fee to process the return.

  • Exceptions for the restocking fee
    • Damaged or defective goods
    • Incorrectly shipped items

Within 30 days:

Customers may return non-stock items if we are able to return to the vendor for credit. If there is a vendor restocking and/or shipping fee, these will be charged to the customer. 

After 30 days:

Customers may return items after 30 days if they meet the previous requires but will also be subject to a 25% Legacy restocking fee to process the return. Please note, this is in addition to anything the vendor charges.
